- Changed ## headings in example code block to bold text to prevent test parser from detecting them as pattern headings (Scope & Requirements, Technical Constraints, Users & Permissions, Edge Cases & Decisions were false positives) - Added Question Generation to patterns.yaml - Hyperlinked all plain-text mentions of Question Generation Closes #11
